10 Years: +483.3 percent

At the age of 10 he made his first public performance.

Dressed as a cowboy he stood on a chair and sang ‘Old Shep’. He won second prize.

A year later his mother took him to the hardware store to get him a birthday present. He had wanted a rifle. He left the store with a $7.90 guitar.

He practiced his guitar in the basement laundry room of his apartment block.

He was bullied at school because he was different, he was quiet, he stuttered and he was called a ‘mama’s boy’.

Kenneth Holditch, a school friend, described him as ‘sad, shy, not especially attractive boy’... whose guitar playing was unlikely to win any prizes.

He couldn’t have been more wrong...

Elvis Presley was known as the King of Rock & Roll...to many he was just The King.

To us he’s an icon, one of the best performing autographs you can buy.

You see... Elvis is timeless.

According to Forbes magazine he is back as the top-earning dead celebrity with £23.6 million ($48m) in the past year.

His popularity knows no bounds.

On Sunday 4th November Elvis entered the British charts...again. He was the 2nd highest new entry with ‘Viva Las Vegas’.

The star of 33 films...

Over one billion record sales...

14 Grammy nominations...

Honorably serving his country in the US Army won a whole new bunch of fans. Elvis was ‘one of them’, he didn’t ask for special treatment.

And then he read the ‘icon’ job description. He died young.

That’s what makes a valuable signature. The demand now far outweighs the supply.

We have two Elvis items available. They are not autographs. They’re better than that.

Elvis is synonymous with Las Vegas. We have a menu from Leonardo’s restaurant at the International Hotel in Vegas.

It’s signed and inscribed on the cover ‘To Sharon, my best wishes, Elvis Presley’. It’s also counter signed by Vernon & Dee Presley (Mum & Dad), Colonel Tom Parker and Charlie Hodge.

A Vegas menu signed by Elvis, and Colonel Tom Parker. How rare is that?

Yours for just £4,700 ($9,776).

The prices yet again demonstrate the potential upside of these fabulous items.

Less than $10,000 for a superb piece of Elvis history.

We have just two Elvis Presley items available. He’s still in demand. Forbes has proved that.

If you’d invested 10 years ago you’d be sitting on a 483.3% gain.

My advice? Ignore Kenneth Holditch - don’t miss out this time around.

These items can only get rarer.
