The secrets you can use to protect your wealth in difficult times...
Dear Reader,
I wrote to you last on the 31st of December offering some fantastic deals on many of our top investment items. The interest I received surpassed my expectations and the last day of the year was a busy one indeed.
To those of you who purchased from my offers - well done, you got a cracking deal. To those of you who didn't, read on...
Don't watch your wealth collapse - do something about it
What a horrible start to the year...
The stock market is randomly wiping value off companies (and not just the bad ones). People are living in fear that their house will crash in value over the next twelve months.
I'm no expert but I have a different opinion than most on the current economic conditions we are facing. I don't believe the sensationalism from every media source rammed down my throat every day this year.
I think the current state of affairs is a media induced event. The fundamental economic indicators - inflation, interest rates and unemployment are still favourable when considering a long term historic perspective. But none of this may matter. Sentiment can drive a recession and cause the ultimate damage to the fundamentals to create the same effect.
Take the housing market for example. I have a friend who is currently looking to buy a new house. I asked him how it was going. Our conversation went like this:
| Friend: |
"I've put in an offer £45,000 below the asking price because house prices are falling." |
| Me: |
"What makes you think house prices are falling?" |
| Friend: |
"It said it on the news." |
So you see his media induced belief has resulted in a lower offer made on his house purchase. At the other side of the fence the seller is probably thinking, "Maybe we should accept because the news said the market is crashing." - A self-fulfilling prophecy.
The media has never before had more power. The increasing mass of information delivered through the internet and by e-mail adds - to my inbox - hourly fuel to their stories.
In times like this ignored asset classes are the most secure form of investment. The media isn't interested in collectibles. They've got other fish to fry. I expect collectibles will continue to rise in value during these difficult times.
What I am investing in: "historical documents"
Historical documents have always excited and interested me. They excite me because I think they are an undervalued asset class. They interest me because I derive great pleasure from owning a part of our history. History will never go out of fashion.
Rising scarcity is obvious. Increasing demand isn't so clear...
I am in the thick of it here though and I am witnessing a change. Historical signatures we would buy used to take over a year sometimes to sell. We are now selling most of our new stock acquisitions within a month. The penny has dropped at last...
For that reason, I am tipping historical documents as a key growth area in collectibles. Over the next few weeks, I intend to let you in on my secrets.
These Tips will be HOT!
You will need to wait until Monday though...
On Monday I will issue my first hot tip. Each week I will issue a new tip until I run out of items which I believe are precious enough to warrant my seal of approval.
I have not offered any of these items to you before. I have kept aside some "real gems" that we have sourced over the past year.
All of the items I will offer you will be things I would buy myself - not just because I covet them but because I believe in their long term investment potential.
Only ONE AVAILABLE - Only One Person Can Be Successful
I will be astounded if there is not something in my hot tips that excites. The romantic appeal of owning something, which rightly belongs in a museum coupled with anticipated double-digit annual returns, should appeal to any astute investor and collector alike.
Each week I will tip one item only. Sadly, there will be only one...
For that reason, if you want to be successful, I urge you to contact us immediately should one of my hot tips appeal to you.
The contact details you will need will be at the end of my first tip on Monday!!!
Sincerely,
Mike Hall
Chief Executive

PS. If you want to own one of my hot tips purely on investment merit and don't want the hassle of taking ownership of the item, I will be happy to offer you free storage in our secure vaults together with free insurance.
Hassle free investing in our history for your future.
