The Portfolio Builder investment option provides you with the opportunity to create an investment that suits you over a period of time that you are happy with. There is no tie in period or long term contract, although we would recommend an investment holding period of at least 5 years to fully benefit from increases in value within the rare stamp market.

The Portfolio Builder service offers investors the lowest entry level into the rare stamp market. You are able to subscribe for a minimum £1,000 initial payment, with a minimum £100 monthly direct debit thereafter. Stamp collectors have used this method for generations to build a valuable collection and a family heirloom to be proud of.

Our Portfolio Builder service offers stamp collectors the perfect way to build a stamp collection with long term investment potential, enjoying some of the guarantees on re-purchase by Stanley Gibbons normally only offered to larger investment clients. Investors are permitted to select their own stamps for their portfolio from our listing of recommended investment grade items, if they choose, to provide the best opportunity of good long term investment returns.
