Superb late usage example neatly cancelled by a crisp Tunbridge Wells '820' duplex for MR.16.1865, sent to 'The Times' with a London receiving cds on the reverse for the 17th. Endorsed on rear flap 'P.S. Perhaps the robber came from the cart not the coal' which refers to a robbery reported on in the Times the previous day. Very unusual, offered with a photocopy of the aforementioned Times story reporting the robbery. Spec. ME3xa
